I put these on and immediately thought, okay, these actually fit perfectly. I kept expecting some rubbing or annoying spot to show up during the day, but nope, comfy the whole time...

"They sorted it out without any drama"
I had a small issue with my order where one of the items was wrong, which can happen, so I’m not going to act like it was the end of the world. I emailed Blue Banana and wasn’t really expecting much, but they got back to me faster than I thought and sent out the correct item without making it a whole ordeal. They also kept me updated, which I appreciated. People make mistakes, but they handled it properly and were friendly about it, so I don’t really see the problem. I’d happily order from them again

"Pretty much as expected"
The stuff arrived exactly as described, so there weren’t any surprises there. I guess I’m happy it matched the listing, but at the same time it didn’t really wow me either. Overall, it was fine and did what I expected.

"Blue Banana is definitely one of…"
Blue Banana is definitely one of the best places I’ve found for alternative clothes and accessories, no question. I only went on there looking for a couple of bits and somehow ended up finding loads more than I planned, from band tees to hair dye to boots. The range is massive. A few sizes were out of stock, which was a bit annoying, but overall the choice is really solid. I’d 100% use them again

"Showed up a bit late, but all good"
My order got here a couple days later than I was hoping, which was a little annoying, but once it arrived everything was fine. The item was in good shape, the packaging held up, and nothing was damaged or anything. I kind of forgot about the delay once I opened it. Overall I’m happy with it and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered a hoodie and some hair dye from Blue Banana, and I felt happy when they arrived because the colours were mostly really close to the photos. The hoodie was exactly the shade I was hoping for, which instantly made me feel like it was a good buy. The hair dye did come out a tiny bit darker than I expected, but I know screens can make colours look a bit different, so I wasn’t too bothered. Overall, I’m pleased with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Surprisingly Easy to Find What I Needed"
The website was actually simple to use, which is always a nice surprise these days. Pages loaded quickly, the filters helped me find the right sizes without making it a whole project, and checkout didn’t randomly turn into a nightmare. I returned a hoodie because it didn’t fit right, and the whole process was simple. The refund came through quicker than I expected, which I appreciated. That said, it was still a bit of a hassle having to send it back, so I’d definitely expect some kind of store credit or small compensation to make up for the inconvenience. "Everything turned up just right"
I ordered a few bits from bluebanana.com and, it all showed up exactly how I’d picked it. Sizes were right, colours were right, even the little extras were there, no missing stuff or weird swaps. I ordered from Blue Banana i’m a bit biased because I’ve liked their stuff for a while, but the experience was solid. My order showed up quicker than I expected, even though it ended up being one day late. The tracking was decent too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. "Reliable orders, but I still keep an eye on support"
I’ve ordered from bluebanana.com a few times now and, it’s been smooth each time. The stuff has shown up when they said it would, and what arrived looked like the photos, which is the main thing I care about when shopping online.

I did have to ask customer service about sizing once, and they actually got back quicker than I expected, though I’m always a bit wary of relying on support teams in general. Still, no real complaints so far, it feels like a safe enough site to use, and I’d probably order again.
